Party Policies1) You are welcome to bring in your own food.
2) ALL guests are required to wear socks.
NO shoes in the playroom.
You must notify your guests that they must ALL wear socks.
3) Every kid must be signed in at the front desk which releases
Party Station or any employee of all liabilities.
4) You may arrive 15 minutes early with the party goods.
Your guests may not arrive until the scheduled party time.
Please be aware of the end time as a courtesy to the next party.
5) Please bring all your party goods at least 1 day prior to your party.
We have a locked fridge to store and cool your drinks.
If you are bringing extra paper goods, we will set it up for FREE.
6) The party attendants are there to assist with:
setting up
serving food (if you have it), drinks, cake and ice cream to the kids
cleaning the playroom during and after the party
7) Party Station will not be held liable for injury to self or
loss of property & belongings.
8) Outside toys CANNOT be brought in.
9) Maximum occupancy is 60.
Cancellation Policy1) If the party is cancelled no less than 14 days of the scheduled party
date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
2) If the party is cancelled within 8 to 13 days of the scheduled party
date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
3) If the party is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled party,
the deposit is non-refundable.
4) If any extra time is booked for a party,
the same above-mentioned policy applies.

THAT MAY OCCUR AT PARTY STATION.
