1 Chair - $1.00 pl. tx.
1 8 ft. Rectangle Table - $9.00 pl. tx.
Package Rates
1 table w/ 10 chairs - $15.00 pl. tx.
2 tables w/ 20 chairs - $30.00 pl. tx.
3 tables w/ 30 chairs - $40.00 pl. tx.
4 tables w/ 40 chairs - $50.00 pl. tx.
5 tables w/ 50 chairs - $60.00 pl. tx.
6 tables w/ 60 chairs - $70.00 pl. tx.
RENTAL POLICIES
Rates are based on a 24-hour rental
Deposits
* A $75.00 refundable deposit is required
* The deposit will be non-refundable for damaged items
Payments
* C.C. payments must be paid in full 24-hrs. prior to the rental date
* Cash or check payments can be paid the day of the rental date
* Cash payments must be exact. The driver will not have change
Delivery and Pick-Up Charge
* FREE delivery and pick-up with a $40.00 minimum order in the
following local areas: Schertz, Cibolo, Selma, Universal City,
Garden Ridge, Bracken and Marion.
(minimum $40.00 after discount applied)
* $20.00 delivery and pick-up charge in the local area for orders
under $40.00
* For any other area delivery/ pick-up there is a $20.00 plus
$.50 per mile charge
Delivery and Pick-Up Scheduling
* All deliveries and pick-ups are scheduled in a 3 hour window
* AM window is 9am to 12pm
* PM window is 12pm to 3pm
Delivery Drop off
* The tables & chairs are delivered to the edge of the driveway or curb
* $10 charge if you need it brought beyond the curb or driveway
CASH ONLY AND MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
Pick-Up Instructions
* The tables and chairs must be cleaned prior to pick-up
* $25 will be deducted from the deposit if:
* They are not cleaned or there is adhesive left from tape
* They will be picked up from where they were unloaded
* You are responsible for securing them until they are picked up
* The pick-up time window will be the same as the agreed upon
delivery time window/ unless otherwise agreed upon in advance
You are responsible for 100% of the replacement cost for lost, stolen, damaged or broken items
